How does the Script Generator work?

It's an AI agent made for writing Capture One scripts. It knows how Capture One works, what its scripts can do, and writes reliable AppleScripts that automate your RAW editing workflow.

  1. Stage 1 · Describe your script

    Tell the agent what you want to automate, in any language. It checks that Capture One can do it and proposes a step-by-step plan. Adjust it until it's right.

  2. Stage 2 · Development

    Press Develop and the script is written for you. It usually takes 1–2 minutes, sometimes up to 5 for complex tasks. One script costs one credit.

  3. Stage 3 · Test and fix

    Download the script and run it in Capture One. If something goes wrong, describe the problem or paste the error, and the agent fixes it. Up to 5 fixes per script are free.

Installing a script takes 10 seconds

  1. In Capture One choose Scripts → Open Scripts Folder.
  2. Copy the downloaded script into that folder.
  3. Choose Scripts → Update Scripts Menu. The script appears in the Scripts menu.

The script works?Press “It works” — it helps the agent get better.

Something is wrong?Press “I have a problem” and paste the error. Most scripts work after 1–3 fixes.

Current limitations

The generator automates the tools that are built into Capture One. It doesn't detect skies or faces, doesn't control other applications or macOS features, doesn't support keyboard shortcuts yet, and some top-menu commands may be unreliable.
